Lansing’s favorite witches are back with an all-new Halloween version of their popular sketch and standup comedy showcase. Following up on last year’s spooky antics, HALLOMEME 2: ELECTRIC SPOOPALOO continues to revel in both nihilism and absurdity, while also incorporating elements of improv, audience participation, and topical humor. This Hallomeme sequel features performances by guests Sarah Jean Anderson, Nic Gumina, and Sam Hollis, as well as new and familiar characters from Comedy Coven’s own Tricia Chamberlain, Stephanie Onderchanin, and Emily Syrja. Hosted by brassy sea witch “Ursula Dangercool,” HALLOMEME 2: ELECTRIC SPOOPALOO may be Comedy Coven’s most adventurous show yet.
Advance tickets will be available for $7 at eventbrite.com and comedycoven.com until October 18 at noon. Limited tickets may be available at the door for $10 beginning at 7:30 P.M. on October 18. For further information, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
